A contractor walking back to his truck in the driveway of a freshly re-roofed house at golden hour

Quoting software for roofers, HVAC, plumbers, painters & remodelers

Quote the job before you leave the driveway

{About}

A contractor's hands holding a phone over a kitchen countertop, tape measure beside it

Plumbline is quoting software for people who still own a tape measure. Walk the job, take photos, talk through the scope out loud. By the time you're back in the truck, a priced, itemized estimate is waiting for your approval.

It prices from your own price book and your supplier's current costs — not a national average — so the number you send is the number you'd have written yourself, just four days sooner.

{How it works}

Three steps.
One site visit.

01 / 03

Walk the job

Snap photos and talk through the scope. Plumbline transcribes your notes and pulls measurements from the images — roof squares, wall area, linear feet of trim.

02 / 03

Price it your way

Line items come from your price book, your markup and your supplier's live costs. Change anything. Nothing goes out until you tap approve.

03 / 03

Send and get signed

Your logo, your terms, sent by text or email. The homeowner signs and pays the deposit from the same link — usually before you've reached the next job.

Frequently
asked

Does it ever send a quote without me?

No. Every quote waits for your approval. Plumbline drafts, you decide. You can set auto-send for follow-up reminders only.

Where do the prices come from?

From your own price book — import a spreadsheet or old invoices and we'll build it for you. Material costs can sync from supported suppliers so your margins hold when prices move.

How accurate are measurements from photos?

Close enough to quote, and always shown so you can check them. For roofing we accept drone and satellite reports too. Anything you adjust teaches it your habits.

Will it work with QuickBooks or my CRM?

QuickBooks Online, Jobber and ServiceTitan are supported on Company. Accepted quotes become invoices without retyping.

How long does setup take?

Most owners send their first real quote the same afternoon. If you send us your last ten invoices, we'll set up your price book for you.

Gloves, a blank estimate pad, a thermos and a phone on a work truck seat

Every quote is yours before it's theirs. No auto-send. No guessed prices. Just your numbers, written up faster than you could type them.

Rather talk it through? A real person answers — usually within the hour.

This could be the last estimate you write at the kitchen table at 10pm.
